So last week i was in Philly for a conference thanks to head start. They put me up in a nice hotel, gave me food money and everything. I brought almost 100 dollars of that back to them, and they gave it back to me and told me to keep it! WOW so now i have more money which is good cause i need to go buy a present soon.
I got the invite for Randis bridal shower last week. I love the girl to pieces but she is registered at 3 different places, and the cheapest thing on her registry is a set of shot glasses for $60 dollars. and the most expensive is $495. HOLY SHIT. I am sorry but people are buying you things to help you start your new life out of their own hard earned money. Who the hell is going to buy all this stuff for her. ANd she has some nerve asking for this expensive stuff. WTF? I swear i am keeping my registry on a nice budget. O well. I may go half and half with mrs personality or something to get her something nice and save me some money. We will see. Sad thing is i got the money to get her the expensive things she has on there, but dammit people i got my own wedding to pay for.
I had another biopsy done on my leg a couple of weeks ago and it came back abnormal. So now i have a surgery set up to get the bad cells out. Nothing big, the doctor said it would be no more than 20 stitches depending on how far down they have to go. We will have to wait and see. Thank goodness it was caught early enough.
now off to the gym...i get measured on Wed after 3 months and i cannot wait to see how i have done!
