RP: Christmas Dinner

Oh, it was wonderful to have restored the Burrow to its former glory. Last year had been the first Christmas after the war, but cooking in that tent hadn’t been the same. This year, however, Molly had her lovely new kitchen and could surround herself in family and friends.
She had prepared plenty of food and got her hands on plenty of booze to help things along a bit. Oh, Molly thought, it was lovely to have the house bustling with life once more. The table was all set for dinner and there was a generous amount of wizard crackers that Molly had got via one of the regulars at the pub.
Molly just wanted to hug her children to her chest, so incredibly grateful for her family. She’d made jumpers for most of her family and their partners, although some, like Ron, got scarves and hats; to her, there was something very special about homemade gifts which was far more meaningful than any present you could buy.
The goose cooked and vegetables nearly ready, Molly pulled off her apron. “Does anyone want a drink?” she called.
