Orla had dressed casually, but conservatively. She'd re-transfigured a top into a business jacket, but had stuck to slacks instead of a skirt. It was too cold outside to be that formal. She'd bought some freshly made biscuits at the market that afternoon, and the fixings for a bowl of punch. It was more festive than she'd normally want to do, but she thought this first meeting would be more social, getting folks together to make them see this was a safe place to open up.
She'd arranged the chairs in a circle, putting handouts of the guidelines and expectations in each chair for the women to read and review at their leisure. She hoped it would reassure those who might not feel comfortable sharing, that this was a safe space to do so.
