Eleanor was glad to be getting back to work together. It was tempting to start opening the shop seven days a week, just so she'd have a good excuse to leave the house everyday. She'd found something else to focus on during her days off, however; lotion.

Making lotion really wasn't all that different than making soap. Luckily for her. She thought her first batch had turned out pretty well. Of course, she hadn't tried it yet. She planned to try it out for a few days, and see how it worked, make sure she didn't have any negative reactions. Then she'd send some off with her friends to see what they thought.

She was just pouring the last of it into containers when an owl started tapping at the window. It wasn't one she recognized, and just as when Hannah had knocked on the door the other day, she felt a tiny sliver of hope. She quickly stamped it down, however. It could be any number of things, but it most certainly was not that.
