RP: Birthday Dinner

Harry Potter hadn't been to Hermione's new home yet. He'd been in India when they'd moved in together, and since returning and finding himself immersed in work and Quidditch, he'd barely had time to socialize. But he missed Hermione, and the occasion of her birthday (somewhat belated) was the perfect opportunity to spend some time with her and finally see her new home.
His days were full between private and group Quidditch training, and fitting his work schedule in between. The Michael Corner job was a blessing because Michael was happy to have Harry over after hours. Michael wanted to roll his sleeves up and help with the work, so Harry was able to do his job there in the late afternoons and evenings. He knew it couldn't last forever, doing both Quidditch and construction. He'd already torn three muscles, bruised and strained a half dozen others, and broken a couple of ribs because he'd yet to regain an awareness of Bludgers flying at him.
He'd finished up at Michael's around 8 that evening, and then stopped home quickly to shower and change. He put on one of his few good button-down shirts, a deep wine colour, and a dark pair of jeans. He nearly broke a brush trying to comb out his hair, cleaned his glasses with a quick polishing charm, and set off on foot to Hermione's.
It was an enchanting cottage that greeted him at the end of her gravel path, and it instantly spoke of Hermione to him. Knocking on the door, her present tucked under his arm, he waited with a broad smile on his face.
