Mafalda cleared her throat as she saw that Morag was ready to make her entrance. A strand of the ivy was apparently intent upon twining into her hair, and she wordlessly Repelled it back up into the arch among the white roses, then stepped forward slightly into the light.

"Ladies and gentlemen," she began. "If I may."

The crowd quieted slightly and shifted in their seats, and she lifted her chin toward the back of the room for Morag to begin.

Morag let her attendants preceed her down the aisle, palms slightly sweaty around the small bouquet of white roses. She had her father next to her, although they hadn't spoken much, but she was looking at Percy in his lovely gray robes at the altar.

It seemed to take ages to walk down the aisle up to the arch, and she admired the handiwork in the ivy, roses, and fairylights - Terry had only knocked over the arch twice when they were decorating it, and it looked lovely. Everything was very simply decorated, but really, Morag didn't mind. She helped her father move her veil back behind her head before giving him a perfunctory kiss on the cheek.

Turning to Percy, she gave him a tentative smile, hoping he wasn't as nervous as he looked.

Percy's face was very solemn as he took in the sight of Morag walking up the aisle in her gorgeous dress. She looked exquisite, and even his brief flare of desire was lost in the wonder that such a beautiful, good, kind woman should want to marry him. Marry him! Be his wife and the mother of his children and stay with him forever!

He returned Morag's smile briefly, then took her hand and turned towards the Minister, his eyes shining with gratitude. Though he was sorry not to see his mother or Charlie, it meant something to him to have the Minister there to marry them. Particularly as she'd been so supportive of Percy, so unlike past Ministers he'd served. It made the wedding even more important and special.

Glancing at his brother, Ron noticed that Percy was remarkably composed as he watched his bride walk up the aisle on her father's arm. Morag looked stunning in her old-fashioned wedding dress. It suited her, just as Percy's dress robes suited him, and Ron allowed himself to admire his future sister-in-law for just a moment as she finally stood next to Percy and kissed his cheek.

With a tiny smile he made a thumb's up motion, then looked toward the Minister of Magic, hoping the ceremony would start soon.

Molly pulled her handkerchief from her sleeve. Her baby was getting married.
