Completion: Complete

Dean's meeting with his firm had been pushed back to tomorrow and while he was admittedly nervous, he was more flustered by the idea of visiting his sister still. It shouldn't have been a problem and he normally looked forward to seeing her but tomorrow, he was going to talk to her about Parvati and he had questions he had to ask himself about their relationship that he was sure his sister would bring up. He'd been thinking about the visit so much that he almost forgot Fleur's birthday.

Fleur had become one of his good friends and while he hadn't had time to get out and visit people he was acquainted with as much because of work and then the wondrous time he spent with Parvati, Fleur lived in the building and he, Dennis and Fleur spent a good bit of time together.

Still, he'd almost forgot her birthday even after he'd worked out a deal with Oliver for the Jacuzzi Room, so he and Fleur could celebrate in there and he felt bad about nearly forgetting. Dean didn't have anything for a gift but then he decided to give her the only present he knew she'd truly appreciate.

Sitting down at his desk, he picked up his quill and wrote.

Dear Fleur,

Happpy Birthday!! I'm hoping that everything you ever wanted is going to come true this upcoming year and that you find happiness. You're one of my best mates and I'll always remember the night in Paris with Seamus and Dennis but you've also helped me learn alot about life. You're an amazing woman Fleur, and I really do hope that you have a joyous birthday filled with friends and good times.

Luv,

Dean

Included is one hand made certificate to sit for a drawing with Dean.

When he was done, Dean wrapped up the parchment and ran downstairs to attach it to Fleur's door.
