Elizabeth was slightly nervous. When she volunteered to work with the children, she thought she could convince some of her friends to help. They agreed, as she knew they would, but none were able to take a holiday to help set up. Luckily, she had a number of enthusiastic teenagers from the orphanage to help.

"The paper crowns go on the table by the puppet crafts. Remember, the kids can decorate their crowns and the puppets too. Only put out a bit of the at a time and refill the supplies as you need to. The younger children can't handle the large containers. That's wonderful, thank you," she told the two volunteers.

Walking down to the teens who were talking instead of working, she used a firmer tone, "Ladies? I thank you for volunteering. Do you think we could work on the setup, please? If you aren't sure what needs to be done, please ask, alright?" At the girls blush, she smiled. "It is exciting isn't it? Do you two think you could set up these hats, accessories and the mirrors for me? When the kids arrive, if you could help them try things on and keep the area fairly organized?" At their nods, she watched them get to work. They would be fine as long as they stayed focused.

The final area was the small stage and puppet show for the kids to act and present. She had found Mrs. Newton, an older lady, whose husband was muggle and she used to teach primary school. She would be in charge of the performers, along with two other volunteers. The volunteers were reminded to have the kids return everything that wasn't the puppet or crown they were allowed to keep to the dressing tables.
