Greetings!
As you may have heard, this summer will mark Stoatshead Hill's First Annual Arts Festival. It will be held in the business district (from the corner of Epsilon and River at the Five Alarm, up to C, over to Gamma, and back down to River to return to the Five Alarm) on August 10th, 11th, and 12th. There will be performances, an art contest, and vendors. We encourage all businesses in Stoatshead Hill to become involved. Booths for businesses, craftspeople, and artists will be provided to Stoatshead Hill residents free of charge by The Georgiana Lestrange Foundation for the Arts.
If you are interested in participating, please return the enclosed forms by July 20th.

As the Ministry owls started delivering the pile of letters, Su realized that she still hadn't written Ms. Malfoy. Not surprising, really--she had meant to send out these announcements weeks ago, but somehow had overlooked that as well. It made Su wonder if she was perhaps not cut out for this organizing business. Please, let this not be a total failure, she thought.
Writing a short note, she attached it to one of the scrolls and told the owl, "This goes to Narcissa Malfoy, got it?"
Dear Ms. Malfoy,
I'm terribly remiss for not contacting you earlier, and I apologize. As you may have heard, I'm currently organizing an Arts Festival to be held in Stoatshead this summer. I was wondering if you'd be available to meet with me about it, this week or next. It would be lovely to catch up, as well. You're welcome to come by my flat for tea, or elsewhere if you prefer.
