Summary: Willa pays the Minister a visit

Wilhelmina had been surprised - pleasantly so - by the Minister's informality. No set time, just 'come whenever I'm in the office'. Willa liked that. No airs and graces. It was fantastic to see a woman in the Minister position again, and even better that she didn't seem to have her own head up her arse already.
Even with the seeming informality, though, Willa had made an effort to change out of her 'feeding the owls' clothes. Nothing too flash, but it would do to at least look a bit professional. And while owl poo might make her look authentic, it might rub off on the Minister's chairs.
So. Decently dressed, and with the proposal under her arm, Wilhelmina made her way into the Ministry and was shown to the Minister's door. She fanned one more time through the pages she was to submit, then, as satisfied as she was ever going to be, knocked on the door.
