Dear Irma,

You must be a mind reader. I recently received a flier and was thinking that almost that very thing. Would you would like to join me for dinner at Socks before hand?

I realize this might be a bit forward, but we have just put the finishing touches on the kitchen and adjoining dining area of my new home. Would you do me the honor of being my first dinner guest this Saturday evening?

Dear Irma,

Would you like to me pick you up on Tuesday or would you prefer to meet me at Socks? I believe 5:45 would be ample time, don't you? An hour for dinner and 15 minutes to walk to Bookworm, should be sufficient.

I will be at your flat at 7 p.m. on Saturday. Dinner is casual, so please leave your hair down wear something comfortable. We'll be completing additional renovations over time, but I'll give you the nickle tour of everything that's been completed so far if you'd like to inspect my work.
