RP: Wizards Are Obviously Not Rocket Scientists

Summary: Caradoc's a bit frustrated and decides to head to the pub.

Whomever it was that decided that electrical power should be restored without warning the public first should be given a severe tongue lashing and painful case of the boils at the very least. While Caradoc knew that wizards were obviously not rocket scientists, you would think that a certain level of brain power would be deployed when dealing with something as potentially dangerous as muggle electricity.
Caradoc had been at least as busy in the past two days helping people as he had been in the two days following the blackout. People who had charmed muggle items to work without electricity were wondering why they caught fire or sparked and died, and Caradoc found himself biting the inside of cheek to keep from telling them they should have read the handouts the Ministry provided and posted around town. It was as if he and Minerva had wasted their time writing them, Hermione had wasted her time printing them, and the Ministry had wasted its time distributing them, because as far as he could tell, no one read more than the title. After the last dunderhead left, Caradoc decided he had to get away for a bit and he headed out for the Five Alarm, a pint and some dinner.
It was still a bit early, so the pub wasn't as packed at usual, but Caradoc still took a seat at the bar. It would fill up soon enough and he didn't want to take up a table for just himself. He settled in and waited for service.
