Draco,
I realize that you've not had the opportunity to interact with many muggles, but believe me, they are not that different from wizards where it comes to business. If a muggle company ever again tries to schedule you for a meeting after 2 o'clock on a Friday afternoon, please feel free to tell them exactly the same thing I'd expect you to tell a magical firm. It is just as likely there are problems to be found that they do not wish us to have time to uncover if the business is muggle, as it is magical.
What say you to reducing the paperwork a bit? Your reports are incredibly detailed and certainly appreciated, but I believe you have more than established your ability to handle the assignments. I am willing to accept an executive summary and proposal in place of the formal report as long as you have some method of keeping your notes in case I have questions. Your work has been exemplary, Draco. I thank you for your thoroughness and have every confidence it will continue even with a less time consuming reporting method.
I wanted to let you know that I have made a permanent offer of full-time employment to my other Business Agent Elizabeth Garner, which she has accepted. I suspect that you probably enjoy the freedom our current arrangement provides you by working assignment to assignment. However, I would be more than willing to negotiate a similar salary plus commission offer with you if I have misjudged, and you would prefer something more structured with the Lestrange Family. In either case, I hope we will continue to work together for some time, even after you feel you've earned enough to strike out on your own.
Your next assignments are enclosed. I hope you enjoy the trip to Monte Carlo. The hotel has a line of credit established for your use in the casino as an extra bonus for your fine work. I wish you luck at the tables, as the business should not take more than a few hours on each of the two days, I am sure you will find time to indulge.
Rabastan

Dear Mr. Zabini:
I wished to learn if you have had the opportunity to further consider the offer of The Georgiana Lestrange Foundation for the Arts in regards to acquiring a collection for the library. The other trustees and I would be more than willing to meet with you either here in Stoatshead Hill or at the offices of Hartgrave, Lacroix & Smythe in London. The chancel of the church remains available for use to store books if needed.
Sincerely,
Rabastan Lestrange

Dearest Narcissa,
Please do not believe for a moment, my dear friend, that I have forgotten your request for aid in finding a person to help at your shop. Would you perhaps have time to join me for lunch one day this week to discuss the situation? I would be happy to offer dinner and dancing instead, if you would prefer a more personal pursuit than lunch affords.
Affectionately,
Rabastan

Dear Horace,
Please accept my thanks and the enclosed token of my appreciation for your assistance yesterday with the contact in Austria. He was able to lead me to exactly what I needed.
Regards,
Rabastan
Enclosed: Austrian crystal goblet engraved with Potions Master Crest and Slughorn's monogram
