Hello there. I hope you're doing well. There's no need to apologize for not writing sooner. I certainly could have owled as easily as you, after all. Things have been quite busy, though, as the shop and the press keep my schedule full. And, I've honestly not thought about it when I did have time, so I'm pleased that you remembered.
I'd love to have that drink. Unfortunately, I can't make it on a Wednesday. I watch the shop alone that day, so I work until after six, and then I have plans after work. I'd be free in the evening on Tuesday or Thursday, though, if you're availabe?

Thursday at seven is brilliant. If you prefer, we could have a drink at the shop, as we have a comfortable seating area upstairs that will be closed on Thursday evening. It might be better for catching up if we're drinking somewhere quieter. If not, we can just make it the Five Alarm and I'll make sure we're protected.
