OWL: Late Night Book Shopping

Mar 20, 2007 16:45

Date: March 20th, 2005
Characters: Sanguini, Hermione Granger
Location: N/A
Status: Private
Summary: Sanguini seeks to fill his shelves.
Completion: Incomplete

Sanguini had been staring at his shelves for the last hour. He had just gotten in from a walk around Stoatshead, and he was starting to learn the twists and turns of the roads and buildings like the back of his hand. He needed something to do in his own home, rather than wandering every night. He enjoyed spending time with Narcissa, but he couldn't pester her every evening either. It just wouldn't be polite. He considered for a moment that he had heard about a new bookshop opening and that Miss Hermione Granger, the young woman he had met before, was involved in it somehow.

He got up off the couch and hunted for parchment and a quill. Sanguini found the quill and ink he was looking for an quickly jotted down a note. He really needed to get more parchment before he resorted to using the backs of the flyers he had found.

Dear Miss Granger,

I have heard tales of you being involved with opening a bookshop, and from what I heard, it is now ready to be raided of tomes (in a jovial sense, of course). But from the information I have gathered, it does not seem that you are open very late. I would be in your debt if I could perhaps convince you to keep the shop open for another few hours one night so I could purchase some novels from you.

Best Regards,
Sanguini
