Rita had tidied her apartment. Merlin be damned, getting the red wine stains out of the coffee table had been a challenge, but she wanted the place presentable. She'd tidied her notes and made neat piles of her books (she could only imagine Irma's reaction to seeing priceless hand-written books strewn about like they had been), then moved one of the lounges so the muggle 'telly' would be the centre of attention. The room looked a little odd to her, rearranged like that, but from what she knew of muggles, their tellies were important to them. Did they all arrange their rooms so they could watch?
Aside from it looking a little odd, though, she was pleased. Her transfigured furniture looked anything but, and thankfully Liam hadn't managed to destroy the place. She had Baileys chilling in the fridge. It had been not only fun to take Irma to Xanadu, but also rather helpful. She'd gained some knowledge of what the woman liked, and how many drinks it took to make her head spin.
Rita wanted to avoid that. A few drinks would loosen her up a little, but Rita didn't want to get her drunk. Where was the fun - and the challenge - in that? No. If (when) Irma let this happen, she'd be completely in control of her senses. At least until Rita addled them for her.
She picked up the collection of movies she'd hired -
Picnic At Hanging Rock,
All About Eve,
Some Like It Hot,
Les Diaboliques - and smirked. She'd seen all but one, and all bar one had enough female sexual tension in them that Irma would have to notice it on some level. The other - well - it looked delightfully gender confusing.
Oh, she'd let Irma choose, all right, but she was Slytherin - all of the choices had strings.
