Dear Mr. Diggory:

It is my great pleasure to inform you that the Trustees of The Georgiana Lestrange Foundation for the Arts have reviewed your application for a grant and has awarded the full amount requested.

Mr. Lestrange has indicated that The Museum of British Wizarding Art and Culture may not be a legal entity as the British Ministry of Magic has yet to fully reform. If you are in need of assistance with the legal aspects of forming a cultural charity, we are at your disposal to handle the proper registrations, documentation and filings. If you wish to utilize our expertise, the formation work will be completed pro bono and Mr. Lestrange has authorized payment of any applicable filing fees as a personal gift to the museum. If you have already chosen a solicitor to handle your Charity formation, please contact us as soon as possible with the applicable tax identification numbers to enable us to release the first quarterly payment.

Sincerely,
Ignatius Rosenvinge, Partner

Dear Mr. Rosenvinge,

I thank you for your confirmation letter. You are quite correct that the (new) museum is not yet registered. I would anticipate an arrangement (legally) similar to that of the old museum, but as the Ministry only recently secured a functioning Minister, as well as a head for the Finance Department, I'm afraid the museum existed in limbo.

I will contact you in a few days with further information, but I can say that the new Head of Finance for the British Ministry is Mr. Percival I. Weasley. His secretary is Ms. Morag MacDougal. More details forthcoming.

Sincerely,
Cedric G.C. Diggory,
Museum Director
