Adrian entered the shop to see Angelina Johnson flipping through a magazine with a decidedly bored or unfocused look on her face. He smiled a small smirk, having never seen her for one moment look anything but fiercely on task. "Good morning Miss Johnson, how's the shop today?" He smiled again, but this time mostly for the fantastic mood that he couldn't ignore in the pit of his stomach.

Angelina laughed. She was in a good mood despite the lack of work she had for the day.
"It's a little slow today. How are you faring this Friday?" she asked, still grinning.

He smiled again and placed his hands on the counter, "I'm wonderful this fair Friday - and the cool air was just what I needed to secure my good mood. Have you been outside? Brisk and beautiful - especially after all my years in humid, disgusting climates. There's nothing like hearing snow in the air - I'm just hoping we actually get some." Adrian stood up straight again and unbuttoned his black pea coat, unwrapped his scarf (silver and green, of course) and took off his black gloves, relaxed even if he was unsure he should be. "I've been so excited to see the new broom, and missing my old one I'll admit, but it was far quicker than I thought it would be - I guess I shouldn't have expected anything less from you though ( ... )

Angelina actually was blushing at something Pucey was saying. They certainly were not at Hogwarts any longer... perhaps the old House rivalry could finally die.
"So," she said, taking down a shiny broom from its place hanging next to her counter. "You're renewed, refurbished broom. It's got a spruce brush and I took the liberty of polishing the whole thing for you."
She laid the broom on the counter for its owner's inspection.
