"Ahem," Irma resisted the urge to go over and shake the girl. Daydreaming at work? What was the world coming to? "Are you Miss Frobisher?"

Victoria shook her head, to get away from the daydream. "So sorry," she got up from the desk. "Yes, I am Miss Frobisher. How may I help you?"

The other woman looked familiar, but she'd become accustomed to that by now.

"How do you do? I'm Irma Pince. I work with records, too," she clarified. "I thought I would stop by to ask how you're faring."

"I work with records at the Aurors'Office," Irma said, taking in the bare surfaces in the room. Maybe the other woman was not a trained librarian, but this place looked very much better than her own archive had done when she stepped in. This girl apparently knew enough to not let files lie about on the floor. "Considering that I rarely seem to get my files back, I wondered if the dunderheads had mistakenly given them back to you?"

"Madam Pince, the librarian from Hogwarts?" Victoria asked, and blushed as she remembered one heavy session with Cormac in the library seventh year. "I-I-I'm good. Quite good actually." This was not the woman to whom she would admit being bored. Especially since Madam Pince looked like something that might have explained the word bored in the dictionary.

"You're missing some files? I had an Auror in here the other day, but she merely copied some from me. She didn't return anything else."
