Hermione arrived at the Tonks house shortly before ten. She had chosen to walk over, enjoying the cloudy day and chance to stop thinking for a bit. There had been enough thinking in the last twelve hours to suit her for an entire weekend, after all.
After a nice nap in her office, she had woken and made herself toast and eggs for breakfast. There was no point in having plans if she didn't follow them, after all, so she had begun her day appropriately. Once breakfast was finished, she had taken Crookshanks for a walk of their new house, showing him where things were at and touring the back garden. He had seemed suitably impressed.
She had taken a shower and changed, somehow thinking that Roger's overly large shirt wasn't appropriate for wearing anywhere but at home. She'd wash it and give it back to him soon, of course, but he'd told her to wear it home and not to worry about returning it, so she would enjoy it for a little longer. For tea, though, she had just put on jeans and one of the shirts that fit before setting off.
It would be nice to have tea, she decided, and it wouldn't even matter if her stray idea was silly or not. She'd ask about the insomnia, most likely, and have a chance to converse with someone she respected, so it would be a good morning. She approached the door and knocked, waiting patiently for Andromeda to answer.
