Cedric had been at the RAMM in Exeter by 7 that morning and hadn't left until after 5. He'd apparated to his new home, grabbed a sandwich and some of his favorite green tea, then apparated directly to his office at the new museum in Stoatshead, where he went to work on his database and composing letter. He'd been to a paint store in Exeter over his lunch hour, to price gallons of paint and get some kind of estimate on how many he'd need. The pricetag was scaring him. He'd need to get to the Ministry as soon as possible, too, to alert them that he was going to plan a community painting day. But he doubted that anybody (sane) would still be working at the temporary Ministry at this hour and he'd used his days off at the RAMM for a while. He might have to owl Percy Weasley and see if he could meet with the other man after hours.
He ate while he worked, but soon forgot about the sandwich. There seemed to be no end of things to do.
