Welcome back, mate. Great to hear from you; and thanks for the compliments on the museum work.
Tequila, eh? Thanks! I've not tried it before; I've always been good with a pint of Guinness or a few fingers of Jameson. Jack and I will have to crack this open when we both have a night free. Hey, maybe you'd like to join us, and you can show us what to do with the lime, and such? We can have a few drinks, and you can tell us about your trip. Let me know and we'll set something up.
Thanks again,
Roger
P.S. You're sure the worm is supposed to be there?
Yeah, I'm sure. About the worm. And I would not turn down an invitation to share good tequila. I haven't yet met Jack; he never seems to be at the museum when I'm at the museum. In any case, let me know. I owe Katie Bell a dinner, and there's the usual work thing, but I'm pretty free otherwise.
Welcome back to town, hope you had a good holiday and at least a bit of a proper vacation.
I'm glad things are progressing with the museum - although my role in it was fairly minimal. I was glad to do what I could though, so let me know if you need a hand with anything else.
And as for George - what he doesn't know can't hurt him, right? But no, dinner sounds nice, although you shouldn't have any delusions it will get you out of owing me a favour. We should arrange something.
Saturday night? Say I pick you up about six? And if you don't like Indian (it's a strong flavor), we can find somewhere else. I'm just rather fond of it, and there isn't a curry place in Stoatshead. (Don't dress up too much; the place I have in mind isn't fancy.)
Welcome back and happy new year to you. Thanks for the comic. I do know who the X-Men are. I haven't had a chance to speak to Mr. Robards yet, but will remedy that as soon as possible.
Ernie
P.S. There's been a lot of changes since you left. Dinner and beer sometime?
Dinner and beer would be lovely. In fact, I was thinking of heading into town in a bit tonight. I've felt out of the loop. You want to meet me somewhere? Let me know. I had an interesting vacation. Ran into You Know Who. That was ... awkward. I'll tell you about it when we need.
Thank you for the book, the print, and the medicine wheel. The book is perfect, I hadn't even heard about it. While I was out and about in the world I came across a book, some music, and ironically some art that I thought you might like. I must admit to being inspired by your cat's name. Tell me what you think.
I just returned home from spending the holidays with my Gran. Hope yours went well.
Allison Kraus! She has the voice of an angel, I swear. Sad, sad songs usually, but the voice of an angel. Thanks, mate. And I like the print.
By the way, I may be easier to find these days. I'm moving into the little summer house on the back of Hermione's property until my own house is built. That will probably be some months, maybe as much as a year, dunno. Saw the Smithsonian (well, several of them) while I was on the other side of the ocean. Thought of you a couple of times. You'd have been like a big puppy in there.
Excellent news, to hear that you are moving into the summer house. We should run into one another more. I heard of the Smithsonian while I was in university and your right, I would have had fun there. Maybe some day.

Oh, you've not met Jack yet? We'll definitely have to set it up, then. I'll speak to him, and let you know.

Given the fact I wouldn't want to end up on the receiving end of George's ire, I'll be very careful and gentlemanly. Ha.
Do you have plans for this weekend? And do you like Indian food? I was thinking of going somewhere in Exeter, if you'd like.

I will point out you should be a little more wary of ending up on the receiving end of my ire. Ha.
This weekend sounds fine. And in regards to Indian food, I have no idea what that entails, but I'm always open to new experiences. I think.
