Apparating back from work, Cedric had time to feed the cat then grab a turkey sandwich before heading out for Bill and Fleur's house, which was only a 15-minute walk from his place. He ate on the way, as it would be rude to expect Fleur to feed him, even assuming they ate on a British schedule instead of a Continental one.
Passing up the path, he knocked on the door and waited.
