He thought back to his first night in Stoatshead and came up with the only place he knew of, "I've been to Five Alarm. With the break ins and things, they don't have much in the way of steak or lobster," he laughed, remembering the night he had tried to order lobster and champagne for everyone, "but their pasta is pretty good, and there always seems to be plenty of whiskey to go around. We could try there, I'm afraid I don't know very much of the town either."
Gods, he thought, she really has grown to be beautiful. And kind. That's the kicker - she's... He couldn't even come up with the right words, she so befuddled him. he looked down at his ankle when she said he was being modest, "Well, no, if someone here has any right to be boasting it's you, trust me. I feel as if I've got a brand new ankle all together." And he rubbed his left shoulder without realizing he was doing it.

A quick tug slipped his jacket off and her small hand slipped under the collar of his sweater to gently press against the tense muscles of his shoulder. The damage was old, she could tell from the build-up of scar tissue prominent under his skin. His very soft, very warm shoulder. His very soft, very warm, very muscular shoulder.
Oh dear.
Tapping back the flood of extremely inappropriate thoughts, Ginny tried to keep her voice level. "Does this hurt?"

"It's an old Quidditch thing, really no big deal, I rub it without thinking now. I crashed in a practice once, but it was right before the house cup and I didn't want Flint to replace me, I tried whatever spells I knew on and gritted through the rest. I never even thought to have it checked out, never thought there was anything too wrong with it, but it's still a habit."
He exhaled sharply at whatever she had down, his back going straight and his posture getting talling. "A bit." He gritted out - he couldn't help but think what amazing hands she had.

Withdrawing her hand, she chuckled happily. "I can relate. I took a beater to the ribs during a House Cup, broke two and I wouldn't let them pull me out. Madam Pomfrey was livid that I waited so long."
"And the Five Alarm is fine. I'm pretty simple, Adrian, that way. But I'm going to disappoint on the whiskey... I'm afraid firewhiskey is for... confessions... Err... Why don't I go let them know I'm leaving and I'll meet you in the lobby." Ginny flashed him a shy smile.

At her mention of confessions he got curious, "Confessions? Get a bit chatty when you drink? It's no problem though, I haven't had a good pumpkin juice in a long time, and I'm pretty sure they'll have that." He smiled again, hoping she wouldn't find him overly pushy for suggestion alcohol. It was a new feeling for Adrian, for once to not overtly be trying to get a woman's skirt off.
He nodded his head in agreement, "In the lobby it is."

Pushing the door open, Ginny paused to look back at the raven-haired wizard. "No, drinking is fine. Just Firewhiskey is for confessions and you'll forgive me for passing on that tonight."
Nodding, the petite redhead strode from the room feeling as if she were dreaming. Turning in the corridor, she pulled open the locker room doors and went to hers right away. Tucking her robes inside, she grimaced at her muggle jeans and Canon's T-Shirt and searched her locker for something better. Finding one of George's french cuffed shirts she'd picked up from the cleaners for him, she muttered a quick cleansing charm and pulled her T-shirt off, replacing it with the slightly larger button-down.
Raking a hand through her hair, Ginny made her way back to the lobby where she leaned over the counter to whisper to Lyda, glancing at Adrian as she did with a shy smile.
Walking over to him, Ginny took his offered arm and waved goodbye to the receptionist as Adrian held the door open for her.
