Seattle update for reals
As promised, here are the pictures from the trip
We met a man who had a cat that gave out advice... I think? Lots of odd homeless people panhandling were to be seen. They left Karen alone for the most part, but whenever I was around they kept asking me for change. I blame the fact that I'm wearing Axe: Hobosity as a body spray nowadays.
After meeting the nice cat man we stopped into a turkish deli... Karen transformed into some sort of alien as soon as the phone rang.
All I could do was cower and bite my lip in terror.
We found a bubble blowing contraption and it made me the saddest clown.
We went to the seattle art museum and saw lots of amazing pieces of art... sadly they wouldn't let us take pictures inside. Here's the lobby full of exploding cars though.
Then we went to the aquarium... we ended up spending waaaay too much time being fascinated by animals that like water.
All worn out from chittering about how cute seals are for three hours straight.
We found stores for people like Panda.
And stores for people like Cathar. (just kidding... mostly!)
And food for people like mike (battle pigeons!)
We visited Skid Row.
"Don't you be coming into my territory with that attitude. This is Skid row... the K stands for Kommander Karen. betch!"
The Farmer's market.
Post alley. (Seattle's Best coffee started there.)
Some of the skyscrapers... So many big buildings.
Pike place pub... lots of good beer and crab cakes.
Gooooooood.
Now smell it a little.
We missed both our flight going out and our flight coming back, so the second time we decided we'd sit around and get drunk at the airport.
Are there badgers coming or are we just getting drunk?
Nope, we're just drunk!
Now the trip is over and I'm sad even though being back around friends is nice. Responsibility bites.
