making a habit....

I can't remember how many times it takes doing something to make it a habit, but I'm giving it my best shot. I made it to both of the classes at the gym I wanted to this week. Now I just need to keep with it.

I joined the gym and they have a "Mommy and Me" class Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:45 until 11:40 a.m. It's a pretty small class and a modified Rep Reebok class which I have taken in the past and thoroughly enjoyed. Basically it's an endurance/weight training class. There are different modules you work though so the class should change up once a month I think. I know we're to start an endurance module next week. (This meaning more reps with light weight.)

So I'm hoping this means good things for me in the future. Should help with the rest of the pregnancy and building fitness will, I hope, making losing the weight a lot easier. Not to mention I have the gym to get back to. I hope recovery doesn't take too long so I can continue with the classes and lose all the baby weight pretty easily. I'll be highly motivated as I'm to be in a wedding next July!

So wish me luck and ride my ass about going to the gym!
