Grandma Kate Has Died
I only know this because I sent her an email and it bounced. So I looked her up online. Her obituary was locked down, so all I could find was this:

November 25, 1930 - November 1, 2021
We corresponded last October for my birthday, so I'm glad to know she was alert and well enough to write emails until the very end. She was a wonderful person - so lively and inquisitive. She had enough love to mother her large family and all of us on Live Journal.
