Two days ago we had incredibly warm weather. I was running around in a tee shirt with a heavy hoodie over top and jeans and was perfectly happy. I cheated yesterday and went to Applebee's for dinner. I had the weight watchers menu, non sweetened iced tea, but I cheated. I had the broccoli cheddar soup. I could taste the calories in it, it was THAT rich with cheese stringy all over the place good.
This morning I weighed two pounds more? What the? I only had the soup that was off the beaten path yesterday. I didn't get any real exercise though.
I walked a lot at work today. Took the steps from the parking garage UP two flights. Took the steps from the lobby up basically what would eqivocate two flights (cuz there are lots.) Took the steps from 3 down to 2, twice. Took them back up again, once. Took the steps up from 1 to 2 once, and down once. Plus all the walking in between.
Had salad, with cantalope and a 100 cal. granola bar for dessert. Had some nasty tomato spinach soup. Forced myself to eat about 1/2 c. just because its good for me. Ick. It was luke warm and too spinachy.
Came home and had a 1/2c. mashed potatoes which I did NOT finish, soup lettuce (the tomatoes were bad...hmmm) and some chicken about 1/4 c. w/ no skin.
I hope I don't gain again. I shouldn't really. Could be water weight, or muscle mass building up too. I refuse to be hard on myself or I will go back to my old ways. I plan on making pumkin spice cupcakes for hubby tonight. Maybe I will wait till tomorrow.
