GOD is my Chiropractor

Feb 20, 2008 11:35

This morning when I rolled over slightly (and I mean slightly as I am still too brusised to sleep on my back or right side) my spine popped all the way up. It felt incredible and I swear it was GOD or one of his angels gently giving me a free adjustment. LOL. I've never been to a Chiro but my son started going over a week ago and loves the guy. He swears I need to go after I am fully healed. My mother went to one years ago and it messed her up worse. At least that is what she and her doctor thought. So of course I am apprehensive. Not scared because I know that its crazy to assume anyone's experience is going to be MY experience. I am just not one to jump on any bandwagon.

So I am going to the flower/glass exhibit at the local conservatory today. It should be a great experience. My two friends, Lou and Dottie are my partners in adventure. They are both artists. Lou sketches and does quilting of various types, and Dottie is a painter. I have yet to see Dottie's work but I am sure it is phenomenal. Lou's certainly is beautiful and creative thats for sure as well as inspirational as she does religious drawings. I guess the butterflies that the conservatory raises will not have come out of their Chrysyllis' (sp?) but that makes for an even more interesting shot if I find one to photograph. I will post them asap.

So, I am off to dry my hair and put my face back on. Have a great day. I'll check back in later.

Love,

Aly
