Whats up
So the closing on my family homestead was on Thursday. My brother is still trying to get us to pay for his a/c repair but hopefully it won't happen. After all, he shouldn't have been in the house before the closing. He did get the house at 40,000 less than what it was originally listed and this managed to take care of the loan money he owed the estate and then some. I hope I don't sound greedy. I really am not.
Ok, so now my sister the executor calls me and tells me I can have some of my money early to find a good car. I am looking for a used car site that won't just hit me with a bunch of dealers. They over price their cars and I
have always had great luck when dealing with individuals. So if anyone can lead me please help ! Is there anything here on LJ even? I will take what I can. I am looking for a vehicle no older than 99 and no newer than 03 and not over $6,000. I live near Pittsburgh, so within 20 miles of there is best.
I am so happy to be getting a new car and I am feeling quite happy with life today, not just because of the car but just because I love my new job, and the weather has been so pretty and the family (hubby included) has been on good terms lately. Oh, and have I thanked God for Al-Anon today? NO? Well, consider it done.
