(no subject)
Well, the phone has rung about five times this morning. I really wanted to curl up on the couch and nap until I had to, but it just wasn't happening. Lori, my DM called and apparently she is interviewing people today. One was already there. I may go in early to see if I can at least get into the second interview. I wish she would have told me, I would have shown up. I guess it is still too early for me to interview well since I haven't even had my manager's training yet, but I would like to be there at least. At the same time I am grateful I didn't have to go in a couple hours before my already LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG shift of 1-9. Georgie is out and running around the desk here playing with my tape measure. He is N-O-T NOT going to like me putting him back in his cage today. But at least he got out. As busy as I kept myself yesterday it was already too late by the time I wanted to let him out. If I let him out past 7, he won't go back in very easily. He is such a naughty birdy some days. Now he is all about checking out what my fingers are doing on the key board so I guess I better call it quits. I'm off to get ready for work.
