first day tomorrow.
Tomorrow is the day. I start work at the salon. I still have to pinch myself to even come close to believing that they asked little ole ME to be the manager and that the woman who is acting manager wanted to give ME a hug. I also can't believe I saw my friend Jen there, and that she might be coming to work for us. How cool. I still haven't gotten an email back from her, but I hope and pray she is coming. She would only add to the atmosphere.
I went out and picked up a new pair of shears (scissors) today and also some new blades for my razor and some plastic clips. I have yet to clean my clippers and trimmers up real nice, but I can do that when I go downstairs to finish my hair.
Finish my hair. Yes, I am adding some blonde streaks and maybe a few more red ones. I haven't made up my mind about those though. I do want the blonde really really light though. So I have had it on my head for about an hour now. Don't try this at home. I really am a trained professional. And if I screw it up, I know how to fix it. Speaking of which its time to go check the progress.
I will try and check in after work tomorrow.
