Day 11!

Finally the last day of this diet! Towards the end it was pretty hard to keep myself on track (and I did cheat a little because I really, really needed some fruit - I'm just not a pure protein girl). Anyways, my stomach is flatter and I think I have lost some weight. So it does work. Also, I looked into prices and it's $40 to create your own 11 day diet online; however, if you google "fat loss 4 idiots free" you can find other posts like mine that lay everything all out.

Menu for day 11-
Meal 1: scrambled eggs, low fat milk
Meal 2: green beans, pears
Meal 3: cottage cheese, cashews
Meal 4: hard boiled eggs, chicken, pinto beans
