Day 3

Alright LJ people, I am on day 3 of this diet. I'm not going to lie, yesterday was hard. Eating only fruit, though I love it, left me hungry. When I finally ate that sandwich, it was so good and filling. Also, the whole 64 ounces of water thing is getting easier for me. I'm not sure if I've lost any weight (because I don't own a scale); but, I feel like I have, maybe. If I find some time I'll go to the health/fitness center on campus and take a step on their scale.

Day 3 Menu-
Meal 1: sausage links, cheese slices
Meal 2: shrimp, hard-boiled eggs
Meal 3: chicken, cashews, a bowl of oatmeal (1 packet of oatmeal - can be flavored-, no extra sugar)
Meal 4: cottage cheese, scrambled eggs
