SOMEONE Thinks I Should Update.... :P
Well, I don't really know what to talk about on here... I've become addicted to The Sims 2 and it hasn't even come out yet, nor will it until Feb. '04, I think. But until then I'm kinda keeping myself busy with the normal The Sims... I haven't really gone through Hot Date too much, which was the last expansion I got. I think it's the last one I will get too. I mean, not only is the other Sims coming out but the newer ones are just dumb. I mean, the pet thing has been done. Vacation islands? Okay, maybe, but.....no. They have one where you become a superstar? I mean, I kinda like the idea of going to work and maybe it's cool, but....no. And now magic? MAGIC?! They're making them wizards and witches...
Ashleigh and I were talking about this a bit. They always seemed to be borderline adult in the Sims games. I mean, you can put them in a heart-shaped bed, and click "Play" and the jump under the covers, probably to have sex or fool around or something. But, you not only don't see anything, which is understandable, but they make funny noises like dogs barking and other such laughs and fun things. I mean, it's not like you're trying to keep things from little children. The kids that play this game are old enough to know what they're doing in there. You can make them make out for endless hours and make them have babies, but no actual sex stuff.
I think they should make an adult Sims game. They actually moan, and do everything like that, and you can even see them do it, but every once and a while, the girl would just get pregnant. In the original it asks if you'd like to have a baby. Well no asking here, it just happens. Maybe you go to buy condoms or the pill or something, but you slip up, and you've got a baby on your hands. That'd work well because we all know people would get addicted to making them do stuff. Maybe if they have a one-night stand with the girl from the bar, they'd get an STD. 'The Sex Awareness Sims' haha
But I should be making a real update. My great aunt Rosemary asked if it'd be okay for her to come upstairs and knock on my door to say hello. She only says that because I'm always up there, but she didn't know if she should because she didn't know if Ashleigh and I were smootching or something. That was kind of a shocker to me! I mean, my family must think that by now we're kissing, which is fine, but it's kind of weird for them to be thinking of me like that. I mean, I guess my sister is probably doing the same kind of stuff. I can't imagine she's never been kissed, or touched for that matter. But I don't like thinking about it and I don't normally think of her like that. She's the same little sister I always had. Oh well...
I want a job. I might be getting one, because I've applied to places that supposedly ALWAYS have openings, but I don't want to be so busy I don't see Ashleigh. I mean, we could resort to just asking certain days off each week, and so we could see each other the same two or three days each week, but that's kinda boring! haha
Well, maybe I'll add more later, because it's not like I don't have more to say. It's just sometimes writing for me is hard... hehe
