I used to weigh 410 lbs. Now I'm 235, and while that still may seem like a lot of weight, remember I'm 6'6" tall :) Good luck in your weight loss quest!

thank you so much!! and yes, i do know that you have to consider height when it comes to weight. im only 5'.5". heh, im very short;thus my nickname hobbit! :]
