Radiation Brachytherapy 1/5
I had my first treatment yesterday. It wasn't bad as far as the procedure in the moment itself. Uncomfortable, but no pain. I was wearing my Kansas, Iron Town Bar t-shirt to the oncology center and a receptionist asked me about it so I explained Alita: Battle Angel to her.
I think I could read a magazine while they administer the treatment.
Only thing is they say that the short-term side effects could show up in a few weeks post treatment. And then the long term side effects can show up over months and years.
God, this sucks ass.
