I spent my lunch and after school trying to straighten out that problem with the Visa processors. They claim that I didn't send my flight info and hotel reservation with the application packet. I did. Alicia printed out the info from EF Tours and I FedEx'd it to the consulate in Houston. I called the Visa processors, CIBT, and asked what I can do. I'm not overnighting another packet at $30. That's anal. The operator at customer service said they'd take an email copy. So I sent a JPEG of my flight/hotel on Saturday. No response. Today I mailed a MS Word version and a PDF of my flight/hotel to the email address the CIBT processor operator gave me.
With my trip in less than twenty days I'm getting worried. And pissed because I paid a king's ransom for rush processing and delivering.
