EPCon 3

My co-worker canceled her homemade preserves taste testing party and instead of laundering that nest of blankets I call bed linens, I went to the local comic con. Forty dollars for one day was anal. Think of the San Diego CC as a hand. Clip off the thumbnail, and that clipping is our comic con.

It was a little bigger than last year, but nothing really worth getting excited over. The only celeb I really recognized was Tyler Mane (Sabertooth), and Laurent the vampire from Twilight. But no one who really stood out to me enough for a signature or photo was there. I wish to hell that the con organizers could get a couple of Bob's Burgers cast members or someone from Archer. In the unlikely event that they book Mark Millar and Dan Mintz in the same year, the janitors at would have to mop me up from the puddle I would melt into. I'd even volunteer to be their assistants and errand girl while they signed photos at the con.

I had the munchies after the con so I went to Fuddrucker's. They're about to discontinue the boar burgers which makes me a sad panda. After watching American Hog Hunters, it seems like a good idea to move out to east Texas and hunt the wild boar running rampant for a burger fix.
