Flashin.... Lights...
Sorry for the delay from my last post. I'm waiting for the HP people to sent my laptop back to me so i can get back to entertaining everyone on a more frequent occasion. I even had a funny thing planned last friday for my apple pie blog.... But in the mean time I've been living the celebrity life, Yesterday i was photoed by the paparazzi just trying to get some gas and all of a sudden a huge monster line formed behind me and I had to get out of town and hide back in my compound and excape by crazed fans. Then on friday while I was downtown i did an interview with a tv station and answered a few questions about my outfit and where me and my entourage were going down town, where I worked and stuff my fans wanted to know, I did my thing and grabbed the mic and asked the mtv reporter questions. I really do make a great celebrity
But I'm going to give kudos to a friend of mine for something she did 2 months ago that might have been one of the most fun times i've had and could possibly ever have. 5-2-08 For a birthday present on of my best friends Brooke took me to go to the best concert in the history of concerts, the glow in the dark tour with Rhianna, N.e.r.d., lupe fiasco, and Kanye West. We got kind lost and almost ended up in mexico but besides that it was the best concert ever... I think i've been to 5 concerts and I'm retired from going to any more after that last one. Kanye did 20 songs, the whole place was going nuts. Everybody had their hands up and rocking out, for gold digger kanye stopped singing and the crowd did the whole 2nd verse. It was wild. Never in my life am I going to forget that experience. I even remember the next day at work I was in such a kick ass mood and like 8 different people asked me how the concert was because i had my glasses on. Even my best dynamic duo bartender partner Caroline told me how i seemed to be glowing with happiness that day.
So 5-2-08 will live as my best birthday gift ever/ important life changing moment. Other events like 9-11, the bay area quake in 89 are in this catagory but this one is for all the positive reasons. Everytime i get a little stressed out or something I think about the concert and I time travel back to that day, even back to the day i got the tickets and my face smiles. Thank you Brooke Comeaux for forever giving me that life changing inspirational experience....
