Yes, it's about time for an update here. Many things, big and small to talk about here.
I can now SMS, whoot! Much fun!
I had a lovely talk with Chris this last weekend.. that was muchly needed and long overdue. I miss my son a lot! It did me worlds of good to hear his voice.
I went to see my dad last weekend. That was a good trip. Dad isn't doing that great, but he's hanging in there. I worry about him being alone so much though. This is a lot for him to be going through on his own. I wish I were closer geographically. I've been calling every day though, checking on him. It's the least I can do.
My sister and I, and my nephew and brother in law went to SeaWorld, and to a luau. If you're curious, ask me about the Hawaiian warrior sometime! LOL!!
This past weekend was a weekend for catching up. I got to catch up with my darling Chris, and a couple of old friends that I haven't talked to in a long time. Even got to meet up with one of them. Wow, was that ever a surprise. It's amazing how perspectives can change over a few years. Hmmm, much to think about there. Curious, very curious.
Work is work... ickyness... lots of work. We've been in a mad rush lately, tons of people coming in, and not enough hours in a day to do all we need to do. Luckily it makes the days go faster though. That's always a good thing.
You know me, I never go into too much detail here. I'm just the quiet one really. So, that's it for now.
