not quite the shade of blue I'd prefer, but I do think the colour itself is apt.
I don't write much in here, nor do I write often. I know some enjoy hearing about others' lives, but mine is sooooo boring. I'm afraid it would be the same old entry every day. I guess I lead a very simple and boring life... work.. housework.. on line... I don't do much of anything else...
Well, at least I have a few things to write about this time. I bought tickets this week to fly down and see my dad at the end of the month. I don't know who is more excited, him or my sister. They're already arguing over who will get to pick me up at the airport! I spoke to Dad last week on the phone. We had the longest conversation we've been able to had since he was diagnosed with the cancer. Now that his treatment is done, he's able to talk more, which really makes me feel better. When I called him on Tuesday to tell him the flight information, he sounded so happy. My sister was really stressed when I called her, things to do with her husband and his work. Her voice changed so much when I told her I was coming down. We're making plans to go to SeaWorld while I'm down there this time. My sister wants us to also go to this luau thing. Sounds like fun.
Chris left for uni today. It seems so odd to have a weekend day online and not see him at all. I can't get over how important he's become as a part of my life, given that we've never actually met. It's funny how friendships can develope online.
Alisha and I spoke on the phone today.. yay!! We talked for quite some time.. seems she and I can natter as much as Chris and I do. Must run in the family. She's such a sweet girl. I'm really glad I adopted her :)
I don't know yet when Jessi is coming home for Christmas. She doesn't know if she'll be singing at Epcot this year or when. I'm sure she'll be performing there, but we never know the date until some point near the end of November.
Ahh well, I think that's all for now, tis bedtime for me... dreaded 5 am alarm clocks!!!
