The snow started sometime between 11 and 11:30 last night and went all night and all day (though for a while today it was really more like sleet). Thank goodness I had real snowboots. My government professor cancelled class this afternoon, but my French professor, who is due to have a baby in 16 days, told us that she left her house before 10 this morning (class was at 11) so that she would have time to walk to campus if she needed to. This woman isn't even planning on cancelling class so she can give birth, so I guess it stands to reason that she wouldn't let a bit of frozen water get in her way.
