You are 19 years old, and you go away to school. Why do you need your mothers permission to go on a camping trip with your brother and some friends? We are not going far and we are all responsible people.

u know my protective mother. i say the word "camp" and she freaks.

haha true. but there's nothing to worry about, you will be with a bunch of responsible adults. im almost 25 for petes sake! Nothing is going to happen. Tell her you survived the peer pressures of freshman year at Michigan State, I think you can handle a weekend with straight as arrow kids.

OMG GUYS! my mom LOVES u guys to death...she would never think u were bad. its the fact that there are some sickos on campgrounds and rapists and what not that could attack me via an open tent or something.
