Northern Thailand
is a little bit cooler...and much less of a hassle than bangkok. I've seen a lot of temples and monks. kick boxing was awesome, people getting kicked in the face always is awesome. trekking was definetly good times. the terrain looks straight out of any vietnam war movie minus the shit blowing up part- really skinny paths on the side of steep hills with rivers and waterfalls at the bottom, and rice fields with the occasional cow. if anyone wants a postcard, comment me an address.
