Prank call!

Someone tried to prank call Office Depot today. I was the one who answered the phone. The phone rings. I answer it and say, "Thank you for calling Office Depot, this is Brian can I help you?" When they first started talking I could tell that they were trying to mask their voice or something because it sounded a little nasally and open mouthed. They were like, "Yes I know someone who works there and I was wondering if you could page him to come to the front so that he could talk on the phone." I was thinking something weird was going on so I was like, "Ok, who is it?" and they were like, "Could you page Seymour Cocks?" and I wanted to make sure that's what they said so I was like, "Who is it?" and they were like, "Seymour Cocks." so I was like, "Uhmm... ok could you hold please?" And they were like, "Yeah."

Then I tried to get one of the other cashiers to pick up the phone and be like, "Yes this is Seymour Cocks, can I help you?" but the pranksters hung up before I was able to convince him. Nuts...
