Breath of Fresh Air
After undergoing hell this past week, I am reluctant to say that a very kind lady at a dress shop near by devoted three days to listening to my worried and angry voice and has done everything in her power to get me my prom dress. Thanks to her my dress that I ordered in January will now be coming next week because she took the time to call the actual company and order it for me. There really are some people in life who make this world not so bad. I'm so grateful for her.
So incase (i.e. Nick) you don't know what happened, here goes. I found the prom dress of my dreams in Jan. I ordered it from an online store that seemed to check out. (We checked better business and they were in good standings) Then when we didn't get a comfirmation e-mail that my dress was shipped, I started to worry. They said if the dress was in stock that it would ship in like 5 days. Well after trying to get through to their always busy line and e-mailing without any replies we finally found out that the dress was to ship on March 31th because it wasn't in stock and needed to be made. Well, as March 31st passed there was no e-mail, so we started to worry. So obviously we called and e-mail, but to no avail. So Tuesday night I found the actual manufacturer and all the places that sold the dresses and began to call every place in Illinois that sold them. With no luck no place had the dress, but one lady did say that if the dress was in stock at the company that I would for sure have it in at most ten days. So after three days of trying to contact the original company again and line everything up with this new lady, she ordered my dress minutes ago and I should have it in a week and a half.
Long story short, this lady really really has helped me a ton.
