(no subject)
hi ho ya'ah. things are decent at the moment. still no word from the fire department and today was the deadline the letter said. so i guess he wasn't picked or might they try again for july. dunno. the city sucks. just celebrated my nana's 79th b-day today. she's the longest living relative i have, so i'm excited she's been around so long. she seemed like she enjoyed herself. i feel bad for not getting her a card or antying. i'll mail her a nice one tommorrow.
had a nice talk with my manager (whom i can't stand) and my director. i've been mainly trained by my director who informs me he doen'st like the way my manager does things at work and would like me to pick up on his slack. so i do things the way he wants me to. then my manager hates the way my director does things so i try to do the things his way too. both come into conflick since i've been there for like 2 months now. my manager pulls me and my other co-worker over and pretty much tells us if we continue to do what my director says' he's gonna let us go (ie fire us, and i know he's refering to me because the director only been training me). i got pissed and felt like i was being threatened so i pulled them both into a room and basic said that i feel like a rag doll between the 2 of them and they need to come to a common ground. tht i'll do the best i can do but only if they figure out something and that i don't want to lose my job over this matter and i don't feel its right. my manager was like oh that wouldn't happen but i'm thinking bitch u didint' say that earlier today. my director appolized to me and said he's sorry for hte confusion and that they'll work to find a better understanding but just try to hang in there til then. my manager expressed that he's a hard ass to work (no duh)for and didn't show any signs of him giving a damn as i figured he would. but he wasn't on my case as bad today after that. sure it will be different tommorrow. i'm not sure if it worked but if it continues i'll go above them. i refuse to let them beat me up and lose my job, i let the pedatric's place dot hat to me and i lost my job. i will not lose it again. stink is becoming a hard ass. GRUNT!
