i find it silly for the department of education to put the blame on PAGASA for not "making an immediate announcement of suspending classes" last wednesday. according to gma 7's 24 oras, deped pointed out that the reason why the declaration of suspension of classes was delayed(as always!)is because PAGASA noticed them that the weather wouldn't be
