My net worth right now is roughly $1,142.80 less than what it was this morning, thanks to Wall Street type stuff. Oh, well.
My rotator cuff impingement-y shoulder still hurts. I really should go in for physical therapy, but that would require a phone call. I'm doing stretching exercises, which seem to help some, but only when I remember to do them.
Delivery of my new Happy Birthday Office has been postponed until after my birthday, due to construction delays. ETA is currently in early November, over a month after my birthday. Annoying. I hope it doesn't get postponed much more, else it will become a Merry Christmas Office.
I downgraded the Linux windowing environment on my laptop over the weekend, and suddenly things started working again. I can now use an external monitor, can hide the control panel, and I don't have to type my password in QWERTY anymore even though I use Dvorak. KDE3 Good; KDE4 Bad.
I was planning on going to the San Diego Zoo over the weekend, but in the end decided that clean clothes might be more practical. So I did laundry instead. I went the previous weekend, but didn't get giraffe pictures for my mom.
I ordered an iPod Touch recently, but Fed Ex had difficulty delivering it to my work address today. Apparently Fed Ex. requires extra information in the mailing address that I usually don't have to provide for other carriers (e.g. building and room number). So I'm having them deliver it to my home address instead.
Must go now and restring my bass.
